In addition to its natural wonders, Broomgrass will offer a variety of constructed
on-site amenities. These include a 25 meter swimming
pool, spa, cabana, bath house,
and a multi-use ball field. Sport enthusiasts of all ages will enjoy a level playing field with breathtaking
views of Third Hill Mountain. These community features will be limited to the use of
Broomgrass residents and their guests. Construction of these site amenities is underway.
A beautiful white oak timber frame barn is now under construction and slated to be
finished by mid February.
